Staff Recruitment

  • Assist with wording and type of advertising.
  • Read through applications and begin process of elimination.
  • Select and interview final applicants in consultation with Practice Manager.
  • Short list final two or three applicants.
  • Conduct DISC Profile assessments of final group.
  • Work through DISC profile assessments in conjunction with Job Description.
  • Provide DISC Report outlining suitability for position, to Practice Manager or Business Principal.
  • Discuss and recommend final selection for staff position.
